Screw assembly on appliance

It is necessary to verify the presence and the correct position of screws for the fixing of foots on refrigerators. The mounted screws can have different mould and different finishing. Moreover the application introduces an ulterior difficulty: will be examined models of different refrigerators with different foots. The vision systems will be able to recognize autonomously the model of the refrigerator and then execute the control on the screws. |

Seeger assembly

The aim is to verify thet the seeger is correctly inserted in his base. the same system checks for presence and integrity of threads in some holes for screws.
Thanks to the QUALITY module, the system adjust itself to the environmental variations thus preserving the high repeatability of the control, without any human intervention. |

Screws control assembly and measurement

Check if the mounting screws of gas valves are properly tightened. The main difficulty of this application is due by the lack of repetitive reference points from which to deduce the measurement, from the tolerance of large size and shape of the screws and the position of the screws that are often within the components. Also checks the presence of markings and was asked to store an identifying code defects linked to the valve for complete traceability. |

The problem of the producer of this switch is that to control the correct assemblage.
VEA has realized a series of applications devoted to the control of the assemblage for objects of various type.
A simple and intuitive configuration, the reliability, the insensibility to the environment and the hardiness are characteristic of these systems.
The system verifies that all the components is present, besides it control the correct position.
