Thanks to VEA^® vision system, with a minimal effort you can verify the assembly correctness of components inside your product, discerning among different components which are in a wrong position or missing.

HQV-ROBOT is the VEA^® robot guide: using advanced logics both for 2D and 3D grasp, it allows the object's correct identification in space, also when conditions aren't perfect - e.g. dirty conveyor or a background with similar features as the object's ones.

HQV-SURFACE is the very complete system for quality analysis, expressly created to recognise defects on surfaces, doesn't matter if they are rough or smooth, opaque or glossy or transparent.

If you need to monitor the dimensions of small mechanical components, tracks on hybrid circuits or other parts in a product, HQV-MEASURE does it for you. Using lenses and lights ad hoc for your application, you can obtain measures with precisions even less than 0.01 mm.

Thanks to the HQV-TEXT module, it is possible verify the presence and the readability of all the characters in a code. Also, the system is able to fit the small variations that can occur on different prints, without mix up similar words. The best results are obtained using specific customised lights.
