	"End line" machines for quality control [realized application]	CheckBox is a products series created by VEA to perform quality controls in a simple and flexible way. Checkbox is customized for the customer production and can perform surface analysis, color analysis, burrs presence, dimensional measurements, cracks detection, blowholes or lumps and all that can use for checking production. 	Irregular surfaces [realized application]	Recognizement of blows and scratches would not be a problem if the surface is homogeneous, but in this case spots , flashes and different reflection gradients makes necessary to use the fuzzy logic inside the FLAW ANALYSIS module.
	Print control on metallic sheets [realized application]	Here the systems controls the quality of printed metallic sheets, signaling every error that can occur on the surface, from scratches to spots. The SURFACE and MATRIX modules works together to analyze every sample in the image both in surface quality and relative position in the print grid.
	Colour analysis [realized application]	Thanks to the COLOR module it is possible to make a colour inspection and report all the values that characterise it.
	Dent detection [realized application]	Control small pieces and parts of them to find every discontinuity on the borders (dents).
	Surface control and equal distance of crests on pulley [realized application]	Control diameter of crests. Control distance between crests. Verify that crests are not damaged. The sistem acquire images from two cameras: the first make a surface control and the distance between crests; the second control diameters. To make the surface control of crests is necessary to ha ve an high speed because the pulley is in rotation, the system elaborates 50 images at second. A particular functionality called "Split Fields" divides the image in two parts and then make analysis on each ones. Thanks to internal logics of module FLAW ANALISYS the system is insensitive to the inevitable variations of color and opacity due to the galvanization.
	Control of warning lights [realized application]	The type of machining executed on these warning light can cause a surplus of plastic material that covers part of the glass, besides the plastic surface can has some defects. The purpose of this application is that to signal one not conformity of the warning light in comparison to the problems above described. VEA has realized a series of applications for the control of quality and surfaces control on objects of different material. Thanks to the module Quality it is possible to verify the presence of surplus of plastic material, the module Flaw allows to make surfaces analysis with algorithms in Fuzzy logic. The system has four cameras, the warning light are prepared on a pallet that advances step by step to allows an analysis on 360°
